The milling of brown rice from these premium Cambodian varieties involves careful milling to remove only the husk by our Buhler Husking machines while retaining the bran and germ, ensuring maximum nutritional value and distinct sensory qualities. Phka Malis Brown Rice, with its buttery, popcorn-like aroma, complements dishes like stir-fries or salads, while SKO Brown Rice’s stickier texture suits steamed or fried preparations, and SRO’s soft, fragrant grains enhance traditional recipes.
